Hello everyone, another model that I’m working on at the moment, an awesome Ferrari with a unusual rear wing Driven by Alboreto #27 in the European GP.
This model will be suffering extensive works to correct and improve the already very detail Model Factory Hiro model kit in scale 1/43. From masters for the tires made from aluminium to be casted in resin, wheel rings newly made to correct the very poor and incorrect rings and many more parts that you will see along the way.
I will post some more progress soon.
Thanks for reading,

I just recently purchased a Metal Lathe to craft aluminum parts for detailing my 1:24 Scale Auto’s. I noticed several photos on your website displaying a Metal Lathe & different parts crafted. I’ve never used a Lathe before & was curious if you had any suggestions or tips on learning how to make the type parts you’ve crafted on one with such perfection.
Thanks
Hi Lee,
Working with a lathe its all about practice and planing before hand, make sure you know what part you want to make and draw on a piece of paper to guide you. This all come with practice thats how I learnt.
